As a graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts with a BA (Hons) in Product Design, I approach problems from a user-centric point of view, ensuring that users' needs and goals are met at every step of the design process.

Since then, I have worked as a UI/UX Designer for a SaaS startup, Rezerv, a booking platform for fitness businesses, where I designed features such as the customer mobile app, rewards and loyalty programmes, events and workshops, POS systems, and automated marketing tools. I have experience working on product features from concept to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and improving user experience through research and iteration.

My experience also extends to the public sector, where I assisted in enhancing the customer experience journey for LTA Singapore across their Jurong HQ academy and gallery. Prior to this, my past works also include designing advertisements, websites, GIFs, name cards, and social media collaterals for various clients.

Beyond design, I have spent 3 years as an educator, which gives me a unique, firsthand understanding of educational technology (EdTech). I am particularly interested in how service design and UX can improve learning environments, as well as how product design can simplify complex workflows.

My design interests span service design, UX/UI design, and product design. When I'm not designing, I enjoy learning about the stars and nurturing young minds in my free time.
